All architectural changes require an Design Change Request approval.
Please refer to the CC&Rs and the approved Design Guidelines when considering any architectural changes.

  • Download the Design Change Request Forms
  • Complete all sections of the forms as needed.
  • Mail the completed form to Kinney Management at the above address.
  • Per CC&Rs, a response must be received within 45 days maximum
  • Include your LOT number (see map to the right)
